Prior to Liongard, Michelle was CEO of Logically, one of the nation’s largest cybersecurity-focused MSPs, and President and Chief Revenue Officer of Star2Star. In those roles, she inspired and maintained growth for the company and its partners to ensure their customers received significant value from their products and services.
Michelle graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in political science and holds an MBA from American Intercontinental University. Outside of Liongard, she is an avid supporter of youth organizations, including Pop Warner sports and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

Don has spent more than 20 years building, operating, and scaling IT consultancies and MSPs, helping grow businesses from under $1M to over $100M+ in revenue. Along the way, he's led or supported more than twenty acquisitions and integrations across multiple stages of growth.
Don's background is operator-first. He began his career as a technical consultant, moved into sales and partner-led go-to-market with organizations like Microsoft, and later stepped into executive leadership roles spanning delivery, go-to-market, and corporate development.
Don serves on multiple boards and in operating roles, partnering with founders, executives, and boards to translate strategy into action. He also invests in and partners with IT consultancies and MSPs to drive disciplined, sustainable growth.

Stephanie is a seasoned marketing leader with over 20 years of experience across all marketing disciplines, specializing in IT networking and infrastructure, physical security, and cybersecurity solutions. Her extensive background includes marketing to enterprise clients, hosting, and telco providers, as well as MSPs and MSSPs, demonstrating her versatility and adaptability in diverse market segments.
Throughout her career, Stephanie has been instrumental in driving revenue growth through innovative marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships, fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring organizational success. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Marketing from Franklin Pierce University.
